In this pivotal role, you will lead clinical interventions, oversee patient assessments, and coordinate care for diverse populations, including children, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those experiencing mental health crises. Your expertise will drive the delivery of evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral management, and applied behavior analysis (ABA), all while ensuring culturally and linguistically appropriate services. As a leader, you will mentor clinical staff, promote best practices, and uphold the highest standards of patient care in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Provide comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients across age groups and backgrounds Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as motivational interviewing, behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy to foster positive outcomes Manage crisis situations with effective crisis intervention and crisis management strategies to ensure patient safety Supervise clinical staff, including training on HIPAA compliance, medical documentation, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), and medical terminology Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate home & community care approaches Conduct intake assessments for new patients, ensuring thorough understanding of medical records and behavioral health history Oversee case management activities, including data collection for clinical research and documentation of progress in medical records Support patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), PTSD care, or other disabilities through specialized behavioral management techniques Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards while maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field; Master's degree preferred Valid licensure or certification as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional counselor (LPC), or equivalent Proven experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, or behavioral health populations Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation tools such as

ICD-10/ICD-9
