  • 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience About the Role Our growing multi-site, multi-specialty medical group in the Inland Empire is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of our offices.
This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with Human Resources and our Clinical Care Coordinator to keep every location running smoothly. While the Clinical Care Coordinator manages clinical care coordination (insurance audits, provider clinical administration, and patient care issues), the Clinical Operations Manager owns all other operations and administration — from staffing to credentialing to inventory. What You'll Do Staffing & Scheduling Develop and manage staff schedules across all office locations Coordinate time-off, shift changes, and cross-office coverage Serve as the go-to contact for day-to-day staffing issues Create and coordinate staff training programs and initiatives Provider Credentialing & Onboarding Assemble and maintain provider and mid-level provider credentialing packets Track credentialing and re-credentialing timelines to avoid compliance lapses Coordinate with HR, payers, and credentialing bodies Project & Program Management Plan and track cross-office administrative projects Design, implement, and manage the organization's apprenticeship program Maintain project tracking tools and timelines Inventory & Facilities Coordination Oversee medical and office supply inventory across all locations Coordinate vendor relationships and facility/equipment needs General Administration Serve as a liaison between the CEO, HR, the Clinical Care Coordinator, and office staff Support policy development and prepare operational reports for the CEO Perform additional administrative duties as needed What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or higher required (Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, medical office/practice management, or related administrative leadership Multi-site or multi-provider medical group experience highly desirable Experience with provider credentialing, project management, or workforce/apprenticeship programs is a plus Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Working knowledge of provider credentialing and healthcare compliance standards Proficiency with scheduling, inventory, and productivity software Comfortable traveling between office locations throughout the
