Job Description

Clinical Services Director Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Services Director to join our team at Rancho Springs Memory Care in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As a Clinical Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our memory care community, including resident care services, staff management, and budget administration. Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of Care Assistants, Medication Services Technicians, and Resident Care Coordinators to ensure high-quality resident care services Assess potential residents for appropriateness prior to move-in and provide ongoing written assessments of all residents Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans for each resident, updating as diagnosis or condition changes Monitor resident care communication systems to ensure quality care on each shift Manage electronic reporting systems, including occurrence and situational reporting, and Medication Administration Records Supervise and evaluate staff, including providing counseling, disciplinary action, and rewards for outstanding performance Participate in team activities, meetings, and practices to build strong relationships and achieve shared goals Display behavior that supports our mission, vision, values, and policies Pursue job-related professional development and stay current on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in a senior living community, with at least three years of experience in a management/supervisory position Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (may be substituted for three years of experience) Current and valid Nursing License First Aid and CPR certification Ability to lift, bend, and move residents and supplies as needed Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
