As a Clinical Supervisor at Love 2 Learn Consulting LLC , you'll play a vital role in shaping individualized ABA programs that change lives—while mentoring Behavior Interventionists and supporting families every step of the way. What You'll Do:

Design and implement individualized ABA programs and goals Conduct assessments (e.g., ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland, FBA, DAY-C2) Provide 1:1 therapy and parent coaching as needed Supervise and support Behavior Interventionists and Parent Consultants (50% of your time) Set and track meaningful progress goals with caregivers Lead team meetings and conduct staff performance evaluations Maintain detailed records, session data, and reporting Collaborate with families, school staff, and internal teams Travel to client locations within Orange County (homes, schools, community)

Who You Are:

Master's Degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or a related field BCBA certified or near completion of supervision hours Experienced or eager to grow in conducting assessments and leading teams Strong communicator and relationship-builder Organized, adaptable, and committed to ethical best practices Reliable transportation, valid insurance, background check, and TB clearance required Why Choose Love 2 Learn?
