Accelerated BCBA Path:
Gain hands-on leadership experience in treatment planning, caregiver coaching, and program design while earning supervised BCBA hours.
Direct Mentorship:
Receive 1:1 guidance from experienced BCBAs to bridge the gap between direct intervention and clinical management.
Skill Advancement:
Shift from direct implementation to supervising Behavior Interventionists (BIs) and refining data-driven treatment plans. What You'll Do Mentor, coach, and support Behavior Interventionists (BIs) in home and community settings. Help implement, monitor, and refine individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision. Review client data, conduct clinical observations, and assist with assessments and progress reports. Coach caregivers on ABA strategies across daily routines and family environments. Maintain clinical documentation, ensure treatment integrity, and provide direct support when clinically needed.
Requirements BCBA Trainee Status:
Currently enrolled in a graduate-level program actively collecting hours toward BCBA certification.
Education:
Master's degree (or active graduate enrollment) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or Child Development.
Experience:
At least 1 year as a Behavior Interventionist or direct ABA service provider (ABA supervision experience preferred).
Logistics:
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and background clearance. Build your clinical skills. Grow as a leader. Make an impact.
