WHO WE ARE
Synergi Orthodontic Specialists is a fully digital, modern practice built on one belief: orthodontics should change more than smiles. It should change how patients breathe, sleep, and feel about themselves. Airway health is our clinical differentiator, shaping every patient conversation we have. We're also a growth-driven, high-performance team of A-players, intentional about clinical care, communication, and conversion, because how we treat people is our brand.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is not a typical front desk job, and it isn't a traditional sales job either. The Treatment Coordinator sits at the intersection of clinical credibility and patient trust, turning a diagnosis into a decision a family feels confident making. As a Treatment Coordinator, you are: The bridge between clinical diagnosis and patient decision The patient's advocate, helping families understand the "why" behind treatment, including airway and long-term health, not just aesthetics A key driver of practice growth and revenue A trusted guide helping patients say "yes" with clarity and confidence, never pressure You will build genuine connection, educate with confidence, present treatment and financial options clearly, and help patients move forward excited about their care rather than sold on it.
WHO YOU ARE
Warm, confident, and highly personable, building trust quickly and naturally Comfortable discussing money and value in the same breath as health and confidence A strong communicator with real influence skills, grounded in empathy Detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a performance-driven environment Able to read people well and guide a conversation without ever losing the human connection Someone who handles objections with confidence and empathy, follows up consistently, and takes ownership of outcomes, not just effort
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role blends clinical fluency, patient experience, and performance ownership. Lead new patient consultations alongside the doctor, including airway and comprehensive-care conversations Build rapport and understand each patient's goals, concerns, and motivations Present treatment plans clearly, tying clinical recommendations to real patient outcomes Discuss financial options and guide decisions with transparency Drive case acceptance and practice growth through consistent, values-based follow-up Follow up thoughtfully with patients who are not yet ready to start Coordinate closely with the clinical and financial teams Maintain detailed notes and tracking of all patient communication Support an exceptional patient experience from first contact through treatment completion This is a results-driven role with measurable performance expectations, and it's also one where patients should leave every conversation feeling more informed and more cared for than when they walked in.
PREFERRED BACKGROUND
Orthodontic or dental assisting experience (highly preferred) Experience in sales, case presentation, or high-end customer service Strong understanding of patient psychology and communication We are open to training the right person, but you must be coachable, driven, and committed to becoming excellent.
COMPENSATION PHILOSOPHY
At Synergi, we believe top performers should be paid like top performers. All new hires begin at a training rate based on experience, with rapid growth tied to performance. Our goal is for Treatment Coordinators to grow into top-tier producers earning $33+/hour (often significantly more with bonuses) within roughly two years or faster. This is earned through performance, case acceptance, and contribution to growth. It is not automatic. We're looking for people who want to be exceptional, take ownership of outcomes, and thrive in a high-performance, feedback-driven culture built on trust. If you're looking for a comfortable, low-pressure role, this isn't it. If you want to grow into a highly skilled, highly compensated patient advocate in healthcare, you'll thrive here.
