Our mission at NuBella Med Spa is to support and enhance the natural beauty of our patients by providing a customized and personal experience that empowers you from within. We offer a variety of treatments, the most experienced, and highly trained staff and always bring an artistic eye to your aesthetic goals.
Summary:
We are a growing Med Spa, looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for scheduling patients, managing payments, inventory and follow-up with patients. This position will also assist with prepping patient, serving a product resource to answer questions, and room patients. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, punctual, and have a high regard for taking care of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates a knowledge of aesthetic services and is able to independently problem solve and perform duties and responsibilities
  • Schedule patients
  • New patient registration
  • Manage patient payments
  • Coordinate patient care, such as assisting with preparing materials prior to appointment and answering questions regarding specialties
  • Explain treatment procedure or practitioners' instructions to patients
  • Perform general office duties, such as answering telephones, taking messages, or routing calls
  • Check patients in and out
  • Follow-up with patients regarding appointments
  • Perform other special projects and duties as required
Position Requirements:
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced department and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills via Phone, Email and In-Person
  • Positive and upbeat personality
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work under general supervision and be a team player
  • Professional and mature demeanor
  • Must have strong multi-tasking skills
  • Reliable transportation, travel maybe required between offices
Experience:
    Medical Office Experience:
    1 year (Preferred)
      EMR Systems:
      1 year (Preferred)
      License/Certification:
      • Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
