Summary:
We are a growing Med Spa, looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for scheduling patients, managing payments, inventory and follow-up with patients. This position will also assist with prepping patient, serving a product resource to answer questions, and room patients. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, punctual, and have a high regard for taking care of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a knowledge of aesthetic services and is able to independently problem solve and perform duties and responsibilities
- Schedule patients
- New patient registration
- Manage patient payments
- Coordinate patient care, such as assisting with preparing materials prior to appointment and answering questions regarding specialties
- Explain treatment procedure or practitioners' instructions to patients
- Perform general office duties, such as answering telephones, taking messages, or routing calls
- Check patients in and out
- Follow-up with patients regarding appointments
- Perform other special projects and duties as required
Position Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced department and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent customer service skills via Phone, Email and In-Person
- Positive and upbeat personality
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work under general supervision and be a team player
- Professional and mature demeanor
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills
- Reliable transportation, travel maybe required between offices

Medical Office Experience:
