Duties:
```
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL
    (SPANISH)
  • Assist Audiologist in providing patient care, translation, and support in a healthcare setting.
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the healthcare facility.
  • Prepare patient's charts before booking appointments.
  • Escort patients to examination rooms and clean hearing aids.
  • Assist with patient's calls and questions regarding their hearing aids.
  • If needed, Provide patient orientation when hearing aids are dispensed.
  • Prepare hearing aid packages to ship to manufacturers, check in equipment, return equipment to manufacturer in a timely manner.
  • Ability to meet datelines.
  • A team player.
  • Perform basic hearing aid repairs such as trouble-shooting of hearing aids under supervision.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
  • Treat your co-workers with respect and follow managers lead.
  • Responsible to successfully managed inventory and supplies request.

Requirements:
```
  • Familiarity with some audiology terminology and insurances
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
  • Knowledge of occupational health, HIPPA regulations, and safety practices.
