- Coordinate patient treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans
- Utilize dental coding systems
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and information
- Assist in scheduling patient appointments and follow-ups
- Handle administrative tasks within the dental office setting Experience
- Previous experience working in a dental office or clinic environment
- Proficiency in 10 key typing and familiarity with dental coding systems
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and care plans
- Experience with healthcare facility operations is a plus
