The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office procedures and be knowledgeable about Medicare, care plans, coding, and dental coding systems. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans
  • Utilize dental coding systems
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient records and information
  • Assist in scheduling patient appointments and follow-ups
  • Handle administrative tasks within the dental office setting Experience
  • Previous experience working in a dental office or clinic environment
  • Proficiency in 10 key typing and familiarity with dental coding systems
  • Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and care plans
  • Experience with healthcare facility operations is a plus
