Compensation & Benefits for BCBA Competitive salary + monthly bonus (up to $12,000/year) Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match PTO + paid holidays Free CEUs and professional development for BCBA certification maintenance Flexible schedule and supportive leadership What You'll Do Key Responsibilities as a BCBA Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans as a BCBA Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) Create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) under BCBA guidance Monitor progress and adjust programs based on data Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams What We're Looking For BCBA Qualifications Active BCBA certification required Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ABA therapy Strong leadership and communication skills expected of a BCBA What Holding Hands has to offer Why Apply as a BCBA? We currently have 5 clinics based throughout LA County (Burbank, Calabasas, Los Angeles, Whittier, & Rosemead), plus we are opening at least 4 additional clinics this year! We serve over 1,500 neurodiverse individuals in the home, school, clinic, and community per week. We serve children, teens, and adults with various neurodiverse diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Anxiety, OCD, and related developmental and mental health needs. What differentiates us is our interdisciplinary and person-centered approach. With multiple modalities accessible, we can better support our clients and families' individual needs and provide training opportunities in different modalities. We provide ABA, Social Skills Groups, Modified Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Counseling and DIR®/ Floortime™ We take a person-centered approach and focuses on the child's strengths and individual differences, while developing an intervention plan that addresses his or her unique profile.
