  • $30 an hour 23 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Bilingual Direct patient care Spanish Interpersonal skills Medical scheduling Attention to detail Managing patient records Full Job Description Looking for a dependable, experienced professional to become an integral part of my practice.
I'm looking for a loyal, dedicated, organized, and highly responsible individual who is ready to take an active role in helping me run and grow my practice. This is not simply a front-desk position. I need someone who can become a trusted right hand in the office—someone who takes pride in their work, follows through on responsibilities, notices what needs to be done, and genuinely cares about creating a smooth and positive experience for both patients and the practice. Responsibilities This position will involve a combination of practice management, administrative operations, patient support, and hands-on assistance , including: Managing daily office operations and keeping the practice running smoothly Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Checking patients in and out and providing a warm, professional patient experience Assisting with patient therapies and implementing prescribed exercises Helping patients understand and properly perform their exercises Managing billing, payments, insurance-related tasks, and accounts receivable Maintaining accurate patient and office records Organizing and streamlining office systems and procedures Identifying ways to improve efficiency and workflow Keeping the office organized, prepared, and functioning at a high standard Communicating professionally with patients and handling day-to-day office needs Supporting me in the many responsibilities involved in running a busy practice The Person I'm Looking For The right person will be: Reliable and dependable — you do what you say you will do Punctual — being on time and prepared is important to you Organized and detail-oriented Hard-working and self-motivated Loyal and committed Professional and personable Comfortable taking initiative without needing to be told every little thing Able to multitask and prioritize A quick learner who is willing to learn our systems and procedures Comfortable working independently while also being a team player Someone who takes ownership and pride in their work Compassionate and patient-focused I am looking for someone who wants to build a long-term working relationship , not someone who is simply looking for a temporary job. Experience Previous experience in a medical, physical therapy, wellness, chiropractic, rehabilitation, or other healthcare practice is highly desirable. Experience with medical billing, scheduling, insurance, patient care, office management, or practice operations is a strong plus. Most importantly, I'm looking for someone with excellent judgment, maturity, integrity, consistency, and a strong work ethic . This Could Be a Great Fit If… You are the kind of person who walks into an office and naturally thinks: "What needs to be done, and how can I make this run better?" You take responsibility seriously. You care about people. You notice details. You follow through. You show up on time. And when you become part of a team, you are someone others can truly count on. If that sounds like you, I would love to hear from you. Please send your resume along with a brief introduction telling me about your experience, why this position interests you, and what makes you the type of person a practice can depend on.
