Job Description

Role Overview:
The Office Manager / Practice Manager oversees daily operations, serving as a key partner to the surgeon.
Responsibilities:
Lead practice operations, including patient experience, team performance, workflows, and efficiency. Establish goals, monitor performance, and recommend improvements to support growth. Implement policies, procedures, and operational best practices. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews of front office and clinical staff. Foster a positive team culture focused on patient-centered care. Oversee office operations, patient flow, scheduling, and administrative processes to ensure high-quality patient experiences. Partner with the surgeon to coordinate clinical workflows, ensure compliance, and maintain safety standards. Manage the physical environment, maintain documentation, troubleshoot operational issues, and support practice success.
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years in healthcare, dental, or medical practice management. Experience overseeing administrative and clinical teams. Strong understanding of front office operations, patient flow, and staff leadership. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Confidence, empathy, accountability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree preferred; dental or oral surgery experience is a plus.
