Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA Clinical Supervisor to lead our behavioral therapy team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis, working with children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. As an ABA Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee clinical services, supervise behavior analysts and technicians, and ensure the delivery of effective, ethical, and patient-centered care. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of patient assessment, data collection, and treatment planning within a supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and mentorship to behavior analysts and behavioral technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments. Ensure accurate data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical record standards. Conduct regular clinical reviews to evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify interventions as necessary to optimize patient outcomes. Facilitate intake assessments for new clients, coordinating with families and healthcare providers to develop tailored intervention strategies. Maintain compliance with all legal, ethical, and safety standards related to behavioral health services. Promote a collaborative team environment that encourages ongoing professional development and continuous quality improvement. Experience Proven experience in behavioral therapy with a focus on working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities. Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, data collection methods, and patient care strategies. Prior experience supervising clinical staff or teams in a healthcare or educational setting. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and medical records management. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments effectively. Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
