Patient Experience & Operations Coordinator (Part-Time) Refine Dry Eye Center of Silicon Valley, Sunnyvale, CA Monday, Wednesday & Friday, with schedule flexibility Starting at $22/hour, depending on experience. About Us Refine Dry Eye Center of Silicon Valley is a boutique specialty practice founded by Dr. Joy Lam, O.D., dedicated exclusively to the diagnosis and treatment of dry eye disease. We are a modern, paper-free practice committed to delivering advanced, individualized care and an exceptional experience for every patient we serve. The Role You are the face of Refine. From the first phone call to the final follow-up, you set the tone. You'll oversee front office operations with the support of a skilled back office team, bring genuine warmth to every patient interaction, and actively contribute ideas to help us grow and better serve our community. This role grows with you. For the right candidate, there is opportunity to expand into medical assisting and participate directly in patient treatment over time. We're open to shaping this role around your strengths and interests as we grow together. What You'll Do Oversee daily front office operations including scheduling, patient communication, and workflow Create a warm, professional experience for every patient from first contact through follow-up Identify opportunities to expand patient access and generate referrals Uphold HIPAA standards and protect patient privacy with the utmost integrity Bring ideas forward.
