+ Commission Opportunities About Us Allure Medical Aesthetics is a premier medical aesthetics practice focused on delivering exceptional patient care, natural cosmetic outcomes, and a luxury-level client experience. We are seeking a polished, highly motivated, energetic front office professional who thrives in a fast-paced cosmetic environment and understands that patient experience and sales conversion are equally important. This is not a traditional receptionist position. We are looking for someone who can function as: a hospitality professional patient concierge sales coordinator lead conversion specialist brand ambassador Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries promptly Schedule consultations and treatment appointments efficiently Convert incoming leads into booked consultations Educate patients on services, memberships, and treatment packages Coordinate financing and payment options when appropriate Maintain provider schedules and optimize booking flow Conduct follow-up calls and reactivation outreach Ensure front office cleanliness and luxury presentation standards Manage patient check-in/check-out and EMR documentation Promote a high-end, concierge-style patient experience Qualifications Prior experience in a medspa, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetics office strongly preferred MA credentials preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable discussing cosmetic procedures and treatment plans Sales experience highly preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Experience with aesthetic CRM/EMR systems is a plus Social media familiarity is a bonus Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: confident and personable highly organized proactive and dependable emotionally intelligent sales-oriented without being pushy passionate about aesthetics and patient care You should enjoy building relationships and helping patients feel excited and confident about their treatments.
