Working closely with clinic staff and volunteers, this position will help coordinate patient flow and ensure patients stay connected to needed services.

Responsibilities:

Greet and support patients during check-in and visits Answer phones, take messages and schedule appointments Coordinate referrals for specialty care, including mammograms, imaging and diagnostics Organize charts and files Track screenings and follow-up to support continuity of care Connect patients to internal programs and community resources Support outreach events and pop-up clinics as needed Assist with data tracking and basic reporting

Qualifications:

Bilingual Spanish/English Strong organization and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Proficiency in Google Workspace Healthcare or front desk experience Passion for serving underserved communities Work in a place where relationships come before the bottom line- where people, purpose and community drive everything we do.
