Job Description

Our established private dental practice in Ventura is looking for a reliable, friendly, and / Patient Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, is organized and dependable, communicates well, and wants to become part of a long-term dental team.
Schedule:
Monday:
9:00 AM-6:00
PM Tuesday:
9:00 AM-6:00
PM Thursday:
9:00 AM-6:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM-2:00 PM Wednesday and weekends
OFF Pay:
$20-$25/hour depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates with strong will be considered for the upper end of the pay range.

Responsibilities Greet patients, manage front desk operations, and coordinate daily scheduling for dental appointments. Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and outstanding balances; process payments and assist with billing inquiries. Maintain accurate electronic health records (EMR/EHR) and ensure smooth patient flow from check-in to check-out. Answer phones, respond to patient requests, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Prepare treatment rooms, manage dental terminology notes, and support office administrative tasks as needed. Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality while handling medical documentation.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
