A Clinical Coordinator coordinates operations and oversees medical assisting staff in a clinic or medical department. Responsibilities include supervision of day-to-day operations, management of business aspects, HR duties within the team.

About the Position This is a cross-trained, hands-on position that combines patient care coordination, front-office responsibilities, chiropractic assisting, treatment support, body-contouring services, and patient consultations. This is not a traditional receptionist position, and you will not be limited to one specific job function. Everyone in our office is cross-trained and works together to support our patients and the practice wherever needed.
Responsibilities May Include:
Greeting, checking in/out, and coordinating patients throughout their visits Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and communicating with current and prospective patients Collecting payments and assisting with general office responsibilities Assisting with chiropractic and therapeutic procedures after training Performing non-invasive laser-lipo body-contouring treatments after training Learning our various healthcare and wellness services Explaining services, programs, fees, and payment options to patients Learning patient consultation and sales-closing skills Maintaining an organized, professional, and efficient office environment Supporting other team members wherever needed Who We're Looking For The right person for this position is a self-starter who takes initiative, thinks on their feet, and is comfortable working independently once properly trained.
