Experienced Mid Level Supervisor - Schools

ABA Therapy Partners is looking for a Mid Level Supervisor for supervision and assessments.

Responsibilities:

Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavioral Techs. Conduct weekly school, and remote supervision sessions. Establish trust and rapport with parents in order to maintain positive relationships. Utilize analytical skills in order to recognize and define goals for each individualized case. Analyze behavioral data. Develop lesson plans and training materials according to school curriculum​ Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Supervisors, and Behavior Therapist/RBT Trainer to discuss treatment and areas of improvement​ pertaining to each client. Assist in conducting FBAs, skill acquisition intake assessments, and develop reports​. Perform administrative duties and other tasks, as needed. Provide emergency and crisis support when appropriate. Maintain professionalism when representing the company by working cooperatively and courteously with clinical team members.

Qualifications:

Need experience in Schools Must be enrolled and active in a masters program or have a masters degree Has experience ABA supervisory experience. Experience with FBAs and report writing a plus. In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field. Problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills. Patient, compassionate, and approachable. Pay:

Up to $36.00 per hour
