Your Role in Action Carry a small caseload while supporting and supervising Behavior Technicians. Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to clinical staff. Monitor client progress and assist in treatment plan development. Deliver parent training to increase family engagement. Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care. You bring:
Bachelor's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. 1+ year of ABA experience , including direct client care. Passion for leadership, growth, and clinical excellence.
