Full-Time, Exempt About Aspire Aspire Neuropsychological Services is a growing private practice committed to providing high quality mental health care while investing in the development of future clinicians. We believe great supervision creates great therapists, and we're looking for someone who shares that philosophy. We're seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor who enjoys mentoring others, takes initiative, and wants to play an active role in growing our training program, not just maintaining it. This position combines direct patient care with clinical supervision. You'll supervise approximately 4-5 practicum students at a time while maintaining a therapy caseload of 15 clients. What You'll Do Provide individual and group supervision for practicum students. Review clinical documentation and provide ongoing feedback and support. Help students build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and grow professionally. Develop meaningful supervision plans based on each trainee's strengths and areas for growth. Create training materials, educational opportunities, and learning experiences that improve the overall quality of our supervision program. Work closely with practice leadership to identify ways to strengthen our clinical training program. Participate in case consultation and support a collaborative clinical environment. Maintain a therapy caseload of 15 clients. Complete documentation in a timely manner and ensure services meet professional and ethical standards. D or Ph.D At least three years of post-licensure clinical experience. Previous experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians. Strong understanding of ethical, legal, and professional standards. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Preferred Experience in a private practice or outpatient behavioral health setting. Experience developing training materials or educational programming. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing future clinicians. Why Aspire?
