We are seeking an Organizational Excellence Manager who enjoys building systems, improving processes, leading projects, and helping a mission-driven organization grow sustainably. This is not a traditional office manager position. This role partners with APTT's Executive Leadership Team to strengthen the systems, infrastructure, and accountability needed to transform vision into execution. Position Summary The Organizational Excellence Manager designs, implements, and continuously improves organizational systems across APTT. This leader supports operational performance, strategic initiatives, financial sustainability, cross-department collaboration, and consistent practices across multiple locations. Primary Responsibilities Improve organizational systems, workflows, policies, and procedures. Build scalable infrastructure to support continued growth. Develop and monitor KPI dashboards and performance metrics. Analyze trends and prepare reports for executive decision-making. Create accountability systems aligned with organizational priorities. Partner with billing and credentialing teams to support revenue-cycle health. Monitor operational and financial indicators. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning. Lead projects, technology implementations, and strategic initiatives. Coordinate work across clinical, administrative, and client-experience functions. Support compliance, documentation, vendor relationships, and contracts. Identify barriers, recommend solutions, and improve organizational efficiency. Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, organizational leadership, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Five or more years of progressive experience in healthcare administration, practice management, operations, project management, or organizational leadership. Demonstrated success improving systems, processes, and efficiency. Experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through implementation. Strong analytical, financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. High integrity, professionalism, initiative, and sound judgment. Preferred Qualifications Behavioral health, mental health, medical practice, or healthcare operations experience. Experience with EHR or practice-management systems; SimplePractice is a plus. Experience creating KPI dashboards and organizational reports. Familiarity with insurance billing, credentialing, compliance, and revenue-cycle management. Experience supporting a growing or multi-site organization.
