Adventist Health seeks a Manager, Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance to lead survey readiness and continuous compliance across our faith-based health system. In this role, you will oversee accreditation activities, monitor Joint Commission, CMS and state standards, conduct audits and tracers, and drive corrective action plans. You'll partner with clinical and operational leaders to embed compliant, safe processes, deliver staff education, track performance data, and advise leadership on risk and improvement opportunities, supporting whole-person, mission-driven care for the communities we serve. Responsibilities Lead accreditation and regulatory readiness activities across assigned facilities and services Monitor compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, state and other regulatory standards Conduct audits, tracers and risk assessments; analyze findings and drive corrective action plans Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to embed compliant processes and policies Develop and deliver staff education on accreditation and regulatory requirements Prepare and coordinate surveys, documentation and responses to regulators Use data and dashboards to track performance, trends and readiness Advise leadership on compliance risks and improvement opportunities Support a culture of safety, quality and mission-aligned, whole-person care Required Skills Healthcare regulatory compliance Joint Commission standards CMS Conditions of Participation Accreditation survey preparation Policy and procedure development Quality improvement methodologies Data analysis and reporting Risk assessment and mitigation Staff training and education Project and change management
