Job Description
About ThriveMD ThriveMD is a concierge longevity and regenerative medicine practice redefining personalized healthcare. We bypass insurance constraints to deliver high-touch, individualized programming — spanning hormone optimization, Stem Cell Therapy, PRP, Therapeutic Plasma Exchange, and Peptide Therapy — with a focus on advanced diagnostics and proactive healthspan optimization. We're actively growing our Centennial location and exploring additional Denver metro expansion, making this an exciting time to join the team. About the Role This is not a traditional front desk job. As our Patient Coordinator, you are often the first voice a patient hears and a consistent touchpoint throughout their care journey. Our patients are invested, health-forward individuals who expect a concierge experience — and you'll play a meaningful role in delivering that. Our practice operates primarily via telehealth with some in-person visits, so comfort with both environments is important. We are also in an exciting period of systems evolution — our team currently works across multiple platforms with some manual workflows alongside our EHR, and we're actively building toward a more streamlined tech stack. This means we need someone who is flexible, resourceful, and can adapt quickly to how different providers like to work. Patient volume is intentional and unhurried — we spend more time with each patient, which means some days will have natural downtime. We're looking for someone who is proactive, finds productive ways to fill that time, and takes initiative on things like patient follow-up outreach, scheduling optimization, and keeping things organized behind the scenes. What You'll Do Coordinate patient scheduling across telehealth and in-person appointments, including procedure and treatment-based sequencing Manage patient communications — calls, follow-ups, pre/post-appointment outreach Maintain accurate records across multiple systems, including manual entry and EHR documentation Support medication coordination and lab scheduling workflows Collaborate fluidly with a dynamic team and adapt to varying provider preferences and workflows Contribute to a consistently warm, professional, and concierge-level patient experience Who May Be a Strong Fit Candidates with front office or coordinator experience from backgrounds such as: Medical receptionist, patient coordinator, or healthcare admin Women's health, hormone therapy, functional medicine, or longevity-focused practice Regenerative medicine, stem cell therapy, or procedure-based scheduling Clinical medical assistant transitioning to a coordinator-focused role Experience in regenerative or longevity medicine is not required — we'll train the right person. Requirements ✔ 3+ years of medical scheduling or patient coordination experience ✔ Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills ✔ Comfortable navigating multiple systems and manual workflows simultaneously ✔ Adaptable, proactive, and self-directed — especially during slower periods ✔ Warm, professional presence with a genuine passion for patient experience ✔ Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-evolving, dynamic team environment ✔ Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) ✔ Familiarity with hormone health or lab/medication coordination workflows (preferred) ✔ Phlebotomy or blood draw experience (preferred, not required) Culture & Patient Care Expectations Because ThriveMD is a concierge practice, how patients feel at every touchpoint matters deeply.
