Site Clinical Coordinator Nurse Residency Program Mountain Region Support - 3.6 Centennial, CO Job Details Full-time $38.43 - $68.92 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications RN License BLS Certification Acute care facility experience Bachelor's degree Bachelor's degree in nursing Full Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Site Clinical Coordinator Nurse Residency Program, you will serve as a pivotal leader in shaping the transition-to-practice experience by maintaining program standardization, securing accreditation, and driving clinical excellence. You will collaborate with national and facility leadership to ensure the residency program remains a strategic asset for nurse retention and professional growth. Every day you will manage the site-level implementation of the residency curriculum while fostering a supportive environment for residents and preceptors. You will work closely with clinical educators to monitor resident progress, facilitate classes, and bridge identified knowledge or practice gaps. To be successful in this role, you will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, along with a deep commitment to mentoring new nursing staff. You must be adept at building relationships across the facility to ensure program accountability and alignment with our organizational nursing vision. In collaboration with the Nurse Residency Supervisor, maintains program standards, structure, curriculum, policy, and processes that support resident progression, program sustainability, and nurse retention. Partners with site leadership to ensure processes and structures are deployed consistently to guarantee expectations for performance are established and accountability is maintained. Ensures that ongoing assessments of resident and preceptor knowledge, skills, and practice gaps are performed. Facilitates Nurse Residency Program classes as outlined by the Nurse Residency Supervisor and Clinical Nurse Educators. Implements standards for measurable, realistic program outcomes with timelines and accountabilities for the Nurse Residency Program. Develops and supports site faculty, subject matter experts, residents, and local leadership.
