Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to establish a function today and lead a team tomorrow. Why Consider This Opportunity? High visibility with executive leadership. Opportunity to shape the FP&A function from the ground up. Clear path into people leadership and team-building. Exposure to strategic business decisions and growth initiatives.
