  • Full-time About The Role We're hiring an energetic and motivating Bilingual Operations Manager to work directly with HotelPro (we're a hotel staffing company).
In this role you'll oversee hotel staffing operations, support our team members, and build great relationships with our hotel partners. You'll be the key contact between hotels and our HotelPro team, ensuring each hotel property has the staffing and support they need to succeed.
Important:
this role will require to drive and visit properties in Denver and Colorado Springs in a weekly basis Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with hotel leaders Support hotel initiatives and activities Proactively resolve client related issues in a timely manner Support last minute staffing requests when possible Visit hotel sites weekly to ensure service quality and staffing coverage Recruit, hire, and onboard new Team Members Accompany new Team Members on their first day at the hotel Provide translation for Team Members and hotel as needed Oversee Team Members and provide coaching and counseling as needed Assist with engagement activities and celebrations for our Team Members Respond quickly to client and staffing needs Ensure payroll accuracy and HR compliance Promote HotelPro's values and positive culture What You'll Bring Bilingual (English & Spanish)—a must! +2 years of experience managing or supervising a team Schedule flexibility to work a day full-time shift with the ability to step in during evenings and weekends as business needs require Ability to drive to different hotel sites in Colorado Springs and Denver Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for driving between client sites) Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems Previous experience working independently and making informed decisions Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong team collaborator with a professional, respectful approach to teamwork Passion for people, problem-solving, and creating great experiences for clients and Team Members Who We Are HotelPro is a national leader in hospitality staffing with regional offices across the U.S. We're proud to be a trusted, nationally preferred partner to top hotel management companies—driven by a legacy of excellence and people-first service.
