Join Our Fun & Fast-Paced Orthodontic Team! We are a busy, well-established orthodontic practice looking for an energetic, dependable, and motivated Front Office Patient Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping patients, and can confidently multitask while providing excellent customer service. Schedule 4-day work week 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM No weekends! Our Ideal Candidate Bilingual in English and Spanish - required Previous dental or orthodontic office experience is a plus Experience handling a high volume of phone calls Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and responsible Positive attitude and professional appearance Strong attention to detail A great team player Someone who takes initiative and enjoys being part of a fun office environment Key Responsibilities Your main goal will be to help keep our practice busy, productive, and running smoothly, with a strong focus on patient scheduling and customer service.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Maintaining a productive and efficient schedule Handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls Maintaining a 90%+ call conversion rate Providing exceptional customer service to patients and families Collecting copays and patient payments Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility Following up with patients as needed Keeping patient information accurate and up to date Preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly reports Working closely with the clinical and front office teams Helping create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient What We Offer We are a fun, team-oriented orthodontic office that values our employees and believes that work should be both productive and enjoyable. Pay:
