MANAGER, PATIENT REGISTRATION MIDDLE PARK HEALTH
$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS + $350/mo
HOUSING STIPEND FOR FT PERM POSITIONS
Middle Park Health (MPH) is a successful rural health system located in the high Rockies 1 1/2 hour west of Denver, CO with seven locations in beautiful Grand and Jackson counties where we have an abundance of year-round outdoor recreational activities. As a Level 4 Trauma hospital, MPH provides a range of services, including Emergency and Surgical Services, Rural Health Clinics, Rehabilitation Services Clinics, a Wellness Center, and an Assisted Living Facility.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Manages the Patient Registration staff daily. Ensures that staffing levels are appropriate; performing hiring and training staff. Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function in stressful situations. Supports Director in the strategic plans and programs for the Patient Registration team and ensures that the goals and objectives of the team are properly defined and clearly established. Conducts quarterly training, as well as Just-In-Time training, to guarantee a well-rounded and highly skilled department. Principal in all state/federal rules and regulations pertaining to registration and intake forms. This includes but not limited to NSA, GFE, Hospital/Clinic consents, MOON, IMM.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED equivalent; some post-high school education preferred. Current
CHAA/CHAM
certification preferred. Strong knowledge of computer applications. Preference for Epic EMR Effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with superior judgement and decision-making skills. Strong managerial competencies in the areas of leadership and team development, managerial coaching, mentoring and situational assessment skills in building and developing high performing teams. 5 years of Patient Access Experience with 3 years of supervisory experience in Patient Registration or Scheduling preferred.

STATUS:
Full-time permanent
COMPENSATION
$30.00 - $50.00 per hour DOE + $5,000 sign-on Bonus + eligible for Housing Stipend of $350/mo available for residents of Grand, Jackson or Summit county Benefit eligible employees include both full time and part time employees.
