Artemis Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to join our client's growing behavioral health team! This leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced clinician who is passionate about supporting individuals in recovery while mentoring a team of counselors and ensuring high-quality clinical care.

Required:
- Active CAC-III or LAC license in the state of Colorado.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience within behavioral health, substance use treatment, or a related clinical setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a behavioral health-related discipline.
- Experience working within Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP), or substance use disorder treatment.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and clinical documentation best practices.
Job Summary:
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to counselors while promoting high-quality patient care and professional development.
- Review clinical documentation, support quality assurance initiatives, and help ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
- Partner with operational leadership to strengthen clinical programs, improve patient outcomes, and support day-to-day treatment center operations.
- Foster relationships with community partners and referral sources while promoting a patient-centered, recovery-focused culture.
