Position Responsibilities:
Greeting and establishing tangible rapport with patients. Answering phones with a caring and responsive touch. Appointment Scheduling being mindful of patient needs. Electronic chart preparation. Point of service payment collection. General administrative tasks. Clerical duties. Light Cleaning to maintain a clean and inviting office space.
Minimum Proficiency Requirements:
2 yrs. medical office experience and 1 yr. of receptionist experience 1 yr. experience with Electronic Health Records. Able to type 45 words/per minute or more. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Caring and compassionate nature. Highly motivated, extremely prompt, exceptionally organized, exquisitely detail/goal oriented, highly efficient, impeccable work ethic, excellent time management skills. Able to interact and work efficiently in a small team environment.

Onsite Work Location:
The Denver Tech Center This position carries a Full-time, non-exempt employee status with Friday afternoons off to care for personal needs.
