Dermatology Front Office Patient Coordinator Alta Vista Dermatology - 1.0 Highlands Ranch, CO Job Details Full-time $21 - $24 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Paid training Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off On-the-job training Vision insurance Qualifications Professional networking Customer relationship building Client rapport building HIPAA High school diploma or GED Clinical information systems Faxing Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Established and successful, privately owned Cosmetic Dermatology practice seeking a professional, experienced Front Desk Patient Coordinator to work out of our Highlands Ranch and Castle Rock locations. Must possess strong relationship building skills, positive attitude, enjoy delivering excellent customer service and have an interest in both medical and cosmetic Dermatology. Candidate must be self-driven, organized, and possess excellent communication skills; Aesthetic / Dermatology experience is a plus! The chosen candidate will not only thrive in a fast-paced but will also demonstrate an unwavering dedication to patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
Checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, taking payments and copays, verifying insurance and answering high call traffic Printing daily schedules for providers Responding to incoming patient phone calls / returning voicemails and emails and documenting patient communications in EMR Completing requests from providers in a timely manner Collecting required patient paperwork and updating patient paperwork as necessary Monitoring waiting room for cleanliness, making sure everything is tidy and aesthetically pleasing for visitors Greeting patients Closing the office for the day, while completing various office tasks including: copying, faxing, emailing Abiding by both HIPAA and OSHA regulations Performing other related duties as directed or required Must have Monday - Friday availability with 1 Saturday per month
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a medical or cosmetic environment is a plus Must have a positive attitude with a can-do spirit and ability to work well within a team environment Highly proficient computer skills, and multitasking ability Ability to pass background check/drug screening
Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
