Schedule Tuesday-Saturday | Hours flexible depending on business need The Details You're not just good at EMS—you make everyone around you better. At Stadium Medical, we're looking for an Operations Supervisor responsible for Clinical Education who can lead from the front, build people up, and drive clinical excellence across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help oversee daily operations while owning our education, training, and quality improvement programs. You'll be in the field, in the classroom, and in the details—supporting crews, coaching performance, and ensuring we deliver high-level care everywhere we operate. What you'll do: Lead and support a platoon of 20-40 field staff, setting the tone for professionalism, accountability, and performance Own and evolve our continuing education program, keeping content relevant, engaging, and ahead of industry standards Manage and develop our Field Training Officer (FTO) program from onboarding through advancement and remediation Drive QA/QI initiatives, identifying trends and turning them into actionable training and performance improvement Stay connected to operations—showing up in the field, at venues, hospitals, and stations to support crews in real time Collaborate across departments and with external partners to maintain strong, trusted relationships What we're looking for: Colorado Paramedic certification (required) Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach, hold accountability, and build trust A passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing others Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and can make sound decisions under pressure Experience with training programs, CQI, or clinical education required Instructor Certifications (ACLS/BLS/CPR) What makes this role different: You won't be sitting on the sidelines.
