Patient Care Coordinator

Overview A very busy ENT practice in Littleton is looking for an outgoing and friendly front desk receptionist. Responsibilities include but are not limited to patient relations, appointment scheduling, answering the telephone, insurance verification, medical record handling, collection of copay and deductible amounts, and balancing a daily journal. Prior experience with health insurance benefits preferred. Electronic Medical Records experience is preferred, experience with Intergy is a plus. Applicants must be a detailed and driven individual that can multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment, as well as the willingness to work as a team with other staff members. Good people and phone skills are imperative. This position is the first point of contact for our patients, and it is important to make a good first impression.
