This role combines clinical supervision, outpatient psychotherapy, and operational support within our specialty OCD and anxiety treatment programs. We are looking for someone who values authenticity, neurodivergent-affirming care, family collaboration, and evidence-based treatment — particularly Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). About Us OCD & Anxiety Colorado is a specialty mental health practice and Intensive Outpatient Program serving adolescents and young adults ages 10-30s. Our programs focus on OCD, anxiety disorders, trauma, and related conditions using evidence-based and relationship-centered care. Our Team Values Collaborative and compassionate treatment Neurodivergent-affirming care Family involvement and systems work Ethical, evidence-based practice Flexibility and sustainability for clinicians Position Overview This position combines: Clinical supervision IOP/program support ERP consultation participation Small outpatient caseload Team collaboration and mentorship The role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys both leadership and direct clinical work while maintaining a manageable caseload and flexible schedule. Compensation Base Salary $50,000 annually Base salary includes: Supervising approximately 2-3 clinicians, candidates, and/or interns Program support responsibilities Team meetings and consultation participation Additional Compensation $100 per completed outpatient clinical hour $150 per completed 90-minute intake Flexible outpatient scheduling with approximately 6-12 weekly outpatient clients and approximately 1-3 intakes per week , scheduled directly with clients/families. Estimated Total Compensation Approximately $90,000-$130,000 annually , depending on outpatient caseload size, intake volume, and scheduling preferences. ResponsibilitiesClinical Supervision Supervise approximately 2-3 clinicians, candidates, and/or interns Provide case consultation and documentation support Support clinical growth and evidence-based treatment implementation Assist with risk assessment and clinical decision-making as needed IOP & Program Support Provide backup clinical coverage for the Intensive Outpatient Program when needed Support interdisciplinary collaboration and treatment planning Assist with program operations and clinical coordination Participate in maintaining a supportive and collaborative team culture Outpatient Clinical Work Maintain a small outpatient caseload Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including ERP when appropriate Schedule sessions directly with patients and families Complete timely documentation and treatment planning Meetings & Consultation Required standing meetings include: ERP Consultation Meeting Mondays from 2:00-3:00 PM Team Meetings Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM Weekly meeting with Clinical Director/Owner Schedule & Flexibility This role offers substantial flexibility outside of: standing meetings, supervision responsibilities, and IOP support needs. Outpatient sessions are scheduled directly with clients/families based on clinician availability.
