We are a patient-focused, high-quality dental practice looking for an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator to be the friendly face and voice of our office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping people, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Our goal is to provide every patient with an exceptional experience from their first phone call through the completion of their treatment. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment. Answer incoming phone calls professionally and schedule appointments efficiently. Confirm appointments and manage the daily schedule to maximize productivity. Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently. Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients. Present treatment plans and discuss financial options. Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records. Coordinate referrals and follow-up care. Respond promptly to patient questions via phone, text, and email. Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix. Help achieve daily and monthly scheduling and production goals. Communicate effectively with doctors and clinical team members to ensure seamless patient care. Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the practice. Qualifications Previous dental front office experience preferred (Dentrix experience is a plus). Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technology.
