Join Our Exceptional Fee-for-Service Dental Practice We are seeking an experienced, confident, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to become a key leader in our growing fee-for-service dental practice. This is much more than a traditional front office position—you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding patient experience while helping our practice thrive. If you are passionate about dentistry, excel at treatment presentation, understand dental insurance and billing inside and out, and enjoy building lasting patient relationships, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and professionalism. Coordinate patient care from initial consultation through treatment completion. Manage dental insurance verification, claim submission, follow-up, and billing. Ensure accurate patient accounts and collections. Maintain an organized, efficient schedule and support daily practice operations. Help grow the practice through patient referrals, relationship building, and marketing initiatives. Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming, positive patient experience. Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure seamless communication and outstanding care. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dental front office or patient coordination experience required. Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and claims management. Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements. Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to lead by example. Marketing or practice growth experience is a plus. Experience in a fee-for-service practice is preferred. Compensation & Benefits $35-$50 per hour, based on experience.
