Department:
The Surgical Services Department at Montrose Regional Health is committed to provide quality surgical services and improve the quality of life for our patients. We provide surgical services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
About The Career:
Functions as a member of Hospital Management team.
Responsible for:
Surgical Services including the Operating Room, Same Day Surgery, PACU and Central Sterilization departments. Accountable for preparation, administration and management of unit budgets. Develops, leads, coordinates and participates in CQI/QA activities. Assures appropriate utilization of human resources. Assists in development of surgical services, nursing department and hospital strategic and long range plans. Participates on hospital committees.
All About You :
Graduated from an accredited nursing program. Progressive management experience required. Must be BCLS certified. Minimum of three years clinical experience required.
