Dental Receptionist - $20-$25/hr | 4-Day Work Week, No Weekends Love what you do and where you do it. What You'll Do:
Welcome patients with a warm, friendly greeting and create a positive first impression Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage voicemails Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments Verify dental insurance eligibility and submit claims Collect copays and process patient payments Manage patient check-in and check-out Update and maintain accurate patient records in our practice management software Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the daily schedule running smoothly Handle referral paperwork and correspondence
What We're Looking For:
Previous dental front desk or dental office experience required Familiarity with dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing Experience with practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar) Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Warm, positive attitude — our patients notice the difference
Nice-to-Haves:
Bilingual is a plus Experience with treatment plan presentation Knowledge of dental terminology We're a private, family-owned practice — not a corporate chain.
