Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assisted Living Administrator, where you'll lead the operations of a vibrant senior care community dedicated to enhancing residents' quality of life. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily management, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a compassionate environment that promotes independence and dignity for all residents. Your leadership will drive excellence in care delivery, staff supervision, and community engagement, making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties Manage the overall operations of the assisted living facility, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with state and federal regulations Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans tailored to residents' needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care Supervise caregiving staff, nursing personnel, and support teams to ensure high-quality resident care and safety standards are maintained Oversee medication administration procedures in accordance with legal and safety guidelines Coordinate resident activities and community programs that promote social engagement and well-being Maintain accurate documentation related to resident health records, incident reports, and regulatory compliance Foster positive relationships with residents' families, healthcare providers, and community partners to support holistic care Requirements Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home management with strong leadership skills Extensive knowledge of senior care practices, including memory care, dementia care, and home & community care services Familiarity with developing and managing care plans for residents with complex needs such as Alzheimer's or other cognitive impairments Background in nursing or social work is highly desirable; current licensing or certification in nursing or healthcare administration is preferred Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively while maintaining a compassionate approach to resident care Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and operational management within long-term care settings Excellent communication skills to collaborate with residents' families, healthcare teams, and regulatory agencies Join us in creating a warm, supportive environment where seniors thrive!
