We are a women-owned and operated therapy practice serving Northern Colorado with speech and occupational therapy services. We are seeking a compassionate Patient Care Coordinator for our Timnath location. At Summit Therapy Group, we are committed to hiring professionals that are invested in our community and value a family first mindset. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, flexible, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills. The Patient Care Coordinator will work closely with the therapy team and partner with the clinical coordinator to ensure that all tasks are handled appropriately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
- Maintain patient accounts by ensuring they are up to date and accurate
- Assist patients with accessing community resources and services as needed
- Schedule and reschedule appointments for patients
- Communicating in a professional manner while providing appropriate assistance as needed.
- Maintain patient records by entering information accurately into electronic medical records (EMR)
- Provide general administrative support as needed throughout the clinic
Required Skills:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with an ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel, including patients, staff, and visitors in a positive manner at all times
