Schedule flexibility is required, including weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings, and peak resort seasons. The Spirit of the Position As the Assistant Hospitality Manager, you will help lead a high-performing hospitality team while supporting daily operations, guest satisfaction, employee development, safety initiatives, and financial performance. You will partner closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the valet operation consistently delivers exceptional service while maintaining operational excellence. What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development Hire, train, coach, and develop valet team members and Shift Leads Lead daily pre-shift meetings and team communications Foster a positive, engaging, and accountable team culture Identify future leaders and support employee career growth Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts Support safety training and compliance initiatives Guest & Client Experience Create exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and clients Monitor service performance and implement improvement initiatives Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively Ensure all service standards and contractual obligations are consistently met Operations & Financial Management Support scheduling, staffing, payroll, and labor management Assist with budget management, expense control, and revenue optimization Monitor operational reporting and audit compliance Ensure accurate reporting, claims management, and safety documentation Assist with financial reporting and operational analysis Who You Are Hospitality Focused You understand that great service starts with great leadership and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.
