Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic ABA Assistant Clinical Director to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services for children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise behavioral therapy programs, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including HIPAA and medical documentation protocols. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral assessments, and working with neurodiverse populations will drive positive outcomes for our clients. Duties Provide clinical supervision to behavior analysts, therapists, and support staff, ensuring adherence to ABA principles and best practices Oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations Conduct client assessments, including intake evaluations and ongoing progress reviews, to tailor interventions effectively Lead behavioral intervention sessions in various settings, including home-based, school environments, and clinics Manage data collection processes meticulously to monitor client progress and inform treatment adjustments Ensure all medical records, documentation, and client information comply with HIPAA regulations and are accurately maintained Facilitate communication with clients' families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to support consistent care delivery and client communication Support clinical staff through training, coaching, and supervision in areas such as functional assessment, behavior intervention strategies, and medical terminology Experience Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral psychological assessments, and functional behavior assessments (FBA) Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments within clinical or educational settings Demonstrated ability to lead clinical supervision for behavior analysts or therapists in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and home-based behavioral therapy experience preferred Familiarity with school-based programs or working within educational environments supporting children with disabilities is advantageous Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach toward families and caregivers Join us if you're passionate about advancing behavioral health services through innovative ABA practices!
