Clinic Manager Reports To:
Clinic Operations Manager and Director of Patient Experience FLSA Status:
Non- Exempt Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Oversee daily clinic operations and patient care processes. Lead and manage a team of clinical and administrative staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices. Optimize patient flow and improve clinic efficiency. Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and maintain cost control. Drive patient satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Implement quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs. Attends clinic, leadership, and provider meetings as required. Stay up-to-date with healthcare advancements and integrate new technologies into the clinic's operations.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred) . OR at least 3 years of relevant experience in clinic or healthcare management. Medical Assistant Experience (preferred)
Certificates and Licenses:
BLS/CPR certificate Medical Assistant Certification (preferred) Do you know who we are?
