Refuge Physiotherapy is looking for a Patient & Outreach Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our clinic and help us continue providing an exceptional patient experience while growing our presence in the community. Help people move better, feel better, and live life without limitations- all while making them feel known and cared for every step of the way. What You'll Do Every day looks a little different, but your responsibilities will include: Patient Experience

• Welcome every patient with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones, texts, and emails.
• Schedule evaluations and follow-up appointments.
• Manage cancellations and help keep therapist schedules full.
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient information.
• Help ensure every patient has an exceptional experience from start to finish. Patient Retention
• Follow up with new leads and prospective patients.
• Re-engage inactive patients.
• Help patients stay on track with their plan of care.
• Gather feedback from patients who choose not to continue treatment. Community Outreach
• Attend networking events.
• Build relationships with gyms, physicians, coaches, and local businesses.
• Coordinate workshops, injury screens, and community events.
• Help introduce new people to Refuge Physiotherapy. Marketing Support
• Ask patients for Google reviews.
• Collect patient testimonials.
• Assist with social media content and community engagement.
