Job Description The Senior Director of Clinical Services provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the organization's physician clinics, specialty clinics, case management, informatics, and clinical program support services. This position is responsible for developing high-performing teams, improving access to care, enhancing patient experience, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence across assigned departments. The Senior Director collaborates closely with physicians, executive leadership, nursing leadership, ancillary departments, and support services to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care aligned with the organization's mission and strategic objectives. The Senior Director of Clinical Services directly supervises: Director of Rural Health Clinic (RHC), Specialty/Orthopedic Clinic Director, Programs and Data Coordinator, Manager of Case Management, Informatics Manager, Infection Control Essential Duties included but not limited to Develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve outpatient clinical operations. Align departmental goals with organizational strategic objectives. Direct daily operations of assigned clinical departments. Ensure efficient clinic workflows that maximize patient access and provider productivity. Monitor financial performance, productivity, and resource utilization. Collaborate with providers and clinical leaders to improve: Patient access, care coordination, referral management, population health initiatives and clinical quality measures.
