Med Spa Patient Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly and professionally Verify client information and assist with intake forms Process payments and maintain accurate records Maintain a clean, calm, and organized front desk area Coordinate with providers and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions when appropriate

Qualifications:

Previous front desk, medical office, or spa experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer systems Sales or customer service experience
