Experience working in a fast paced environment is preferred. Proficiency in answering multi-line phones, greeting and scheduling patients, verifying insurance benefits, collecting co-pays and posting insurance payments would be ideal. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is essential , as is communication with other team members. We are currently looking to fill a full-time position (40 hours per week). Availability in early morning (7:30am) and evenings as late as 7pm is required. Candidate must be willing to travel between offices. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries. Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorization as-needed. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Collaborate with medical staff to streamline patient flow and enhance overall service delivery.
