Job Overview We are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Health Care Agency Administrator to lead our growing Connecticut-based Home Health Care Agency. the operations of our growing Connecticut-based Home Health Care Agency. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing agency operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, quality improvement initiatives, and the delivery of exceptional patient care services. The ideal candidate is a healthcare leader with strong operational expertise, a commitment to quality outcomes, and a passion for serving patients in their homes. What You'll Do As the Administrator, you will: Provide overall leadership and management of agency operations. Ensure compliance with Connecticut Department of Public Health regulations and Medicare Conditions of Participation. Oversee budgeting, financial management, and operational performance. Direct quality assurance and performance improvement programs. Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team. Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Maintain readiness for state, federal, and accreditation surveys. Build relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community partners, and stakeholders. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and excellence. Required Qualifications Candidates must meet one of the following Connecticut regulatory qualifications: Option 1 Master's Degree in Nursing Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) License Minimum one (1) year of supervisory or administrative experience in a healthcare facility or program providing care to the sick Option 2 Master's Degree in Public Health or Administration with a concentration in Health Services Administration Minimum one (1) year of supervisory or administrative experience in a healthcare facility or program providing care to the sick Option 3 Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) License Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or administrative experience in a healthcare facility or program providing care to the sick Option 4 Bachelor's Degree in Administration with a concentration in Health Services Administration Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or administrative experience in a healthcare facility or program providing care to the sick Preferred Qualifications Previous Home Health Care Administrator experience Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement Experience with state licensing and regulatory surveys Proven leadership and team development skills Strong financial management and operational planning experience Experience with quality improvement and performance management programs What We Offer Competitive salary Performance-based incentives 401k Plan with Company Match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Continuing education opportunities Professional development and leadership growth Supportive and mission-driven work environment Why Join Us?
