Role:
Do you have a background in customer service or sales? Are you a natural communicator who loves helping people and excellent in Sales? We want you! No dental experience? No problem. We'll provide all the training you need to thrive in a dental environment. What matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and your ability to create a positive experience for every patient.
What You'll Do:
Welcome patients with a friendly, professional attitude. Answer calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries. Explain Treatment plans to patients and help them with different Fincancing options that the office offers. Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for. Maintain organized records and assist with day-to-day office operations. Work closely with a supportive team to ensure every patient leaves smiling.
Who You Are:
A strong communicator who enjoys interacting with people. Experienced in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles. Eager to learn new skills and grow in a new industry. Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
